Release date - 15th October 2016 Book length - 145 pages Available on - www.amazon.com | www.amazon.co.uk BLURB Kajsa runs Sweden’s largest Health and Fitness blog. There’s only one small problem; it’s all a big lie. Between her blog entries on healthy nutritious porridge and flashy running shoes, she lies on the sofa watching TV and eating sweets. Her only exercise is using the remote control. Her life seems perfect: A beautiful house in an attractive suburb of Stockholm, three children, a loving husband and loads of money. However, things start to crumble when she accidently writes on her blog that she is best friends with a famous Hollywood personal trainer. The problem is he’s never met, let alone heard of her. An ambitious journalist, who doesn’t believe Kajsa has been honest about her blog or her friendship with the personal trainer, sets out to destroy her. Besides having to handle the annoying journalist, she must also deal with Peter, “the blog following hunk”, and a bizarre and outrageous priest who keeps spreading Kajsa’s secrets all over town! REVIEW
In this novel, which is the first instalment of Kajsa's story, we get to know Kajsa who runs a highly successful health and fitness blog in Sweden, where she lives in the suburbs with her husband, three children, and her dog. But we soon realise that Kajsa is living a lie, and her blog is made up of other people's images while she eats chocolate for breakfast, and is glued to her laptop all day. But as Kajsa becomes obsessed with keeping up the appearances of her blog, her personal life spirals into destruction with hilarious escapades along the way. From the sexy stalker who she finds herself attracted to, her husband who seems to be hiding something, and the fact that she has announced that she is best friends with a top U.S. fitness celebrity when she has never even met him, is just the beginning of this madcap adventure. While there were plenty of times that I really disliked Kajsa for her selfish attitude towards her family and her lifestyle, I couldn't help but laugh at the many predicaments that she gets herself into, and I look forward to reading the next chapter in Kajsa's laugh. THE QUEEN OF BLOGGING by Therese Loreskar is a book that will make you laugh-out-loud and I highly recommend it. BOOK RATING - 📖📖📖📖 4.5 Author Bio: Therese lives in the countryside along the west coast of Sweden. She has a rather big and busy household, with (one) husband, two children, one deaf cat, four dwarf hamsters and a grandmother. When she’s not busy making up stories and writing silly things, she enjoys the nature, people, history, redecorating the house without asking anyone for permission, and all other kinds of creativity.
