When Emily Moore receives an email from an old school friend, Ali Martin, a chain of events are set in motion that will drag Emily back to her childhood home of Sandbroke - a place she would prefer to forget about. Even though she and Ali had drifted away from each other years ago, Ali's desperate plea for help cannot be ignored. And when Emily discovers that Ali has gone missing, she has no choice but to return, even though it will tear open old wounds.
It does not take long for the mystery surrounding Ali to become even more confusing, as Emily begins to receive letters from Ali herself, leading Emily to believe that Ali is in serious danger and is afraid to be found. But when Emily is injured in a hit and run accident, everything begins to take a sinister turn. For someone is watching and has set this plan in motion, and they have only one thing on their mind - revenge.
So this is very exciting for me as I release my first blog into the world. Starting my own site was on my mind for some time now but it took me a while to work up the courage to actually do it. I love books, authors and anything related to the art of publishing, and I hope that my blog will become the perfect blend of all aspects of this fascinating world - a place for readers to discover and discuss books, and a place for authors to promote their hard work.
Overall this is a review site, so if you have a book that you would like reviewed or you would like to organise an interview, please feel free to contact me (see Contact page). I am also a Proofreader/Copy-Editor so I have included a Services section if this interests you.
Like a lot of avid readers I also love to write, so I will, on occasion, blog about my efforts to finally finish the first draft of my novel that has been playing on a loop in my mind for the last few months. But I promise you I won't bore you to tears with my dilemmas!
Most of all I want this book blog to be fun and enjoyable, after all books have opened up so many amazing worlds for us readers 😀
